Description

The written application for Junior-, tenure-track and lifetime professorships is a challenge. One particular problem is that applicants underestimate how poorly appointment committees sometimes understand their application. As a result, relevant information may not be provided.

In this brief workshop you will get input on the following topics:
•    How to prepare an application well.
•    Which documents belong in the application.
•    How you can adapt your application to the call for applications.

Trainer
Dr. Matthias Schwarzkopf was responsible for appointment procedures at the University of Jena for several years. He is supporting researchers for many years as a trainer and coach on the topic of appointments.
