Description

In the oral part of the appointment procedure, the interview with the appointment committee is the biggest challenge for most applicants. 

In the workshop you will get input on the following topics:
•    What does the appointment committee expect?
•    Which questions are typically asked?
•    How to prepare for the interview? 
•    What other challenges should be expected and how to deal with them?
 

Trainer
Dr. Matthias Schwarzkopf was responsible for appointment procedures at the University of Jena for several years. He is supporting researchers for many years as a trainer and coach on the topic of appointments.
