This workshop gives orientation for postdoctoral researchers with or without formal supervisory authority to navigate the complexities of day-to-day doctoral supervision. It addresses the necessary skills, knowledge and understanding of how to support the research of doctoral candidates, their development as researchers, and establishing effective supervisory relationships. It also provides the opportunity to reflect the own personal development as a principal investigator.
